Peppermint or Mentha Piperita essential oil is extracted from the leaves and flowers of the plant and is obtained by steam distillation. This is a strong oil with a familiar and pleasant smell. - as a diffuser blend: add 4 drops of Peppermint, 3 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Tea Tree, to obtain a healing blend, which relieves headaches or migraines.
