We are going through bizarre times, in which we are challenged every day to be the best version of ourselves and to fulfill our tasks at a fast pace. Until recently, life flowed in its serpentine rhythm and we lived our daily stories comfortably and routinely. But all of a sudden, nothing was the same and the world probably won't be too soon as we knew it.
It is important that during this period we keep ourselves focused and balanced, cultivating our mental and physical health, in order to be able to support those around us. The basic pillars that support us in any delicate life situation are already known, but it is worth remembering them: healthy food, including fresh fruits and vegetables, quality rest and sleep, exercise, sun exposure and staying out in nature, as much as possible in the given conditions, as well as physical, mental hygiene and the quality of assimilated information.
In addition to these important tools, essential oils are always available to give us a "helping hand". They do not perform miracles in our body, but they remind it how to heal, which is a fabulous thing in itself.

In case of topical application (on the skin), you need a carrier oil: jojoba, avocado, almonds, olives, grapes, the standard concentration for most mixtures being 2 drops of essential oil to 5 ml of carrier oil.
