Non-compliant return of goods

If you are dissatisfied with what you receive, now you can rest assured: the return is Free!

In the first 14 days after receiving the goods, you have the right to return it.
Then, if you choose to receive the money back, in another 14 days guaranteed (probably faster), it will be sent to the account indicated by you.

Please send us an email at contact@njoy-nature.com specifying your order number or the name on the package, tell us the reason for the return and prepare the products in the box, to be picked up by our courier.

You can return the products for any reason or even for no reason. The only condition is not to have unsealed more than half of the ordered products.
We believe that you can make a decision on the return of the goods after evaluating half of the order, without having to open all the products.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by nJoy Nature!
