Neroli essential oil is extracted from the flowers of bitter orange by steam distillation. Bitter orange is a tree that belongs to the citrus family, native to Asia. Neroli oil has many properties, being used for skin care and emotional health. It is intensely floral and encourages happiness and inner peace. It is suitable with most essential oils such as citrus, wood, floral or herbaceous. It is particularly concentrated and complex, so it is indicated in small dilutions.

How to use:
- as a massage oil: mix 15 drops in 30ml carrier oil, such as jojoba, avocado or almond and massage the skin or scalp with it
- in the hot tub: put 10-15 drops together with a cup of Epsom or Himalayan salt
- as a diffuser blend: add 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Bergamot, 6 drops of Neroli and 2 drops of Clary Sage, for a spring aroma.
