Clove essential oil (Syzygium aromaticum) is obtained by steam distillation from the flower buds of the clove tree, an evergreen tree that can reach up to 12 meters in height, found mainly in Madagascar and Indonesia. With a warm, spicy and intense aroma, clove oil is one of the oldest and most prized oils in the world.
