Calming, Promotes Well-Being, Reduces Stress, Relaxes

It is used only diluted in a vegetable oil or cosmetic product (about 2 drops of essential oil per 10ml of product). It is not used as such on the skin, only as an ingredient in cosmetics, aromatherapy and perfumery. It is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women. It is forbidden to people with epilepsy, to people with breast cancer, being highly estrogenic. Prohibited for those with skin sensitivities.

How to use:
- as a massage oil: 15 drops in 30ml carrier oil, such as jojoba, avocado or almond and massage the skin with it
- in the hot tub: put 10-15 drops together with a cup of Epsom or Himalayan salt
- as a diffuser blend to reduce anxiety: add 9 drops of Clary Sage essential oil, 6 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Ylang Ylang (anti-anxiety blend).

Îi ador mirosul și oarecum îl asemăn cu uleiul de Yara Tara (coada șoricelului) și cel de mușețel. Toate 3 mă relaxează și îmi aduc o stare de liniște!
