39,90 Lei

Myrtle essential oil is extracted from the leaves and branches of the tree and is obtained by steam distillation. The oil comes from a small shrub, rich in thin, hard branches. Both its flowers and leaves are very fragrant. Indigenous Australians are said to have used myrtle as a medical remedy, but also as an ingredient in the culinary arts. The ancient Egyptians used the leaves of this plant to treat fever and other infections. Myrtle is also found in Greek mythology as a symbol of divine love and generosity. Myrtle has also been mentioned in the Bible several times. Some studies have shown that, due to its antimicrobial, antifungal and antibacterial properties, myrtle essential oil is effective against microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Middle note
Its aroma is fresh, uplifting, green and sweet, with a citrus scent, especially lemon, with a slight hint of camphor.
