Jamarosa essential oil (Cymbopogon khasians) is obtained by steam distillation from the root of the plant, a species indigenous to the Indian subcontinent. Light yellow in color and medium in size, the Jamarosa plant is a natural hybrid between Palmarosa and Citronella, harmoniously combining floral and fresh-grassy notes.
With a fine, floral-citrus and elegant aroma, Jamarosa essential oil is highly appreciated in the perfume industry, being used especially in the creation of rose perfumes as a natural and delicate alternative to Rose oil. It is also a common ingredient in traditional incense sticks and acts as an effective organic repellent.

How to use:
- as a massage oil: mix 15 drops in 30ml carrier oil, such as jojoba, avocado or almond and massage the skin and scalp with it
- In the hot tub: put 5-10 drops together with a cup of Epsom or Himalayan salt
- as a diffuser blender: add 5 drops of Jamarosa essential oil, 3 drops of Rose Geranium, 5 drops of Juniper, for peace and harmony.
