Coriander seed essential oil is used by diffusion to support emotional and mental balance, by topical application only in diluted form for digestive support, muscle comfort and relaxation, and by inhalation for clarity and harmonization. It can be integrated into massage, aromatic baths or aromatherapy synergies, respecting the appropriate dilutions.
It is applied only diluted to the skin with a carrier oil, as it can be irritating in pure form.
Not recommended for use in the first trimester of pregnancy; thereafter, only with specialist advice.
